Smart Lift-TIG

The trigger controlled DC Lift Arc ignition allows the arc to be started easily by simply touching the tungsten to the workpiece and lifting it up to start the arc. This stops the tungsten tip sticking to the workpiece and breaking the tip from the tungsten electrode.

Active Balancing Air Passage

Internal airflow is optimally diverged by a segregation structure.
The divergence of airflow can dissipate heat generated by power electronics in a more balanced manner.
The power source's overall reliability is improved with the internal structure design.

Overheat & Overcurrent Protection

The overheat warning light indicates that the machine has entered overheat protection and stops the welding output, the machine will re-activate once the unit has cooled down.

The overcurrent warning light indicates that the machine has entered over-current protection and stops the output. The machine can be reset by turning off and then back on.

Voltage Reduction Device

In MMA (Stick) mode VRD reduces the open-circuit voltage of the inverter.

When the welding machine is on, but not being used (like when you’ve just finished an electrode and need to grab a new one), the VRD kicks in and lowers the voltage to

a safer level (usually around 13V).
