Industrial Design Highlights

Compact MIG.jpg

Lateral Plate

Detachable for easy servicing, reinforced for enhancing the structures impact strength.

Front Grill

A sloped front grill offers a perfect balance between heat dissipation and ingress protection (IP23S).

Overall Look

Rugged, robust and industrial.

Control Panel

Slanted 45° angle for enhanced visibility and viewing comfort.

Streamlined Handle

Elevates overall aesthetics of the power source and provides a comfortable, firm and glove-friendly grip.

LED Convenience Lighting

The power source will enter standby mode after being idle for 10 minutes. This will reduce the power consumption to below 15W and reduce energy costs.

Overheat & Overcurrent Protection

Temp Indicator.jpg

The overheat warning light indicates that the machine has entered overheat protection and stops the welding output, the machine will re-activate once the unit has cooled down.

Voltage Reduction Device

VRD ICON.jpg

In MMA (Stick) mode VRD reduces the open-circuit voltage of the inverter.

When the welding machine is on, but not being used (like when you’ve just finished an electrode and need to grab a new one), the VRD kicks in and lowers the voltage to

a safer level (usually around 13V).

 Active Balancing Air Passage

abac6.png
  • Internal airflow is optimally diverged  by a segregation structure.

  • The divergence of airflow can dissipate heat generated by power electronics in a more balanced manner.

  • The power source's overall reliability is improved with the internal structure design.

Energy Saving Smart Fan

smart fan 2.png

The on demand Smart Fan diminishes noise, saves power, helps reduce energy costs, and minimises the number of contaminants being pulled through the machine.

Quick Factory Reset
